Collegis Education is searching for a quick-learning junior or senior in college studying marketing, data analytics, or a related field and seeking to gain more experience in day-to-day marketing operations. We're looking for a well-organized, driven, and reliable individual with strong organizational skills to support a wide variety of activities, including measuring performance, improving marketing processes, competitive and market research, defining audiences, running user studies and support user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities, Essential Functions and Requirements:
  • Has a strong analytical mindset; assists in campaign reporting through data and insights. Participate in cross-functional projects, launches and other marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with the many stages of a marketing project, from brainstorming to reporting results.
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data and insights
  • Perform market analysis and research on competition.
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
  • Documenting marketing workflows and identifying points of friction.
  • Adhere to the appropriate information security policies based on the sensitivity of company data and report any security related issues.
  • Is available to work hybrid at least 15 hours per week, between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
  • Expected to attend frequent Microsoft Teams meetings on camera.

Requirements:
  • Senior status at a college or university preferably studying marketing, data analytics, or business administration
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize quick-moving tasks.
  • Prior experience with marketing platforms, such as Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, LookerStudio or Wordpress, a plus
  • Must demonstrate creativity, resourcefulness, initiative and motivation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Education, Certifications and Licensures:
  • Pursuing a BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field of study.
