Overview:
We are looking for motivated people to join our team. We have IMMEDIATE openings for the following positions: CREW FOREMAN & GENERAL LABORERS. The positions are responsible for placing cables in trenches, splice conduit sections as directed. The positions are responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations at a construction site. Their duties include loading and unloading tools or raw materials, placing cables in trenches, splice conduit sections as directed and digging or filling in pits throughout the construction process. They are also able to work with the crews and support the crews, supervisors, and project managers to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Has the ability to use a variety of miscellaneous tools and equipment to dig trenches, compact earth, and backfilling holes.
Install different types of underground utility pipes.
Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans.
Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties.
Some travel will be expected, both overnight and daily travel.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: • Valid driver's license • Bilingual English/Spanish and CDL are a plus
