Qualifications
4-year apprenticeship program or technical school.
5+ years of experience as an HVAC technician or chiller mechanic.
Universal license (EPA - 608).
EMCS / BMS experience.
Requirements
Knowledgeable in federal, state, and local safety codes.
A valid California driver's license.
Flexible to work an alternate schedule when needed.
Provide your own basic hand tools.
Ability to lift/move heavy objects.
HVAC Systems Technician responsibilities include performing preventative and reparative maintenance on various HVAC systems, troubleshooting centrifugal, scroll, and process chillers, maintaining DDC controls and energy management control systems, providing technical support to other teams/plants, safely operating measuring, diagnostic, and testing instruments, accurately logging all refrigerant usage, collaborating with the MRO group to provide vendor quotes, and other duties as assigned.
Pay | $56.49 per hour
