We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Duties:
Assist in managing the daily administrative affairs of the live streaming company, including but not limited to greeting visitors, answering calls, handling documents, and managing deliveries.
Assist in arranging live-streaming events and programs, including venue booking, procurement of materials, and personnel arrangement.
Responsible for the management of live streaming equipment and workspaces, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
Assist the Human Resources department in handling employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding procedures.
Assist in planning and executing internal company activities to promote team cohesion and cultural development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in Administration, Media, or related fields preferred.
Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to adapt to work under pressure.
Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office.
Familiarity and enthusiasm for the live-streaming industry are preferred, with relevant work experience being a plus.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and possessing organizational and coordination skills.
Perfer speaking Mandarin.
