Responsible for being the "first contact" on the phones & greeting everyone that visits the corporate office from 8:00am to 5:00pm, coordinating coverage with co-workers
Administrative support for staff.
Coordinate and maintain all office equipment and building maintenance.
Liaison with all outside service vendors (cleaning, repairs) for the building.
Monitor subcontractor insurance compliance status on 3rd party website, assist expiring and new users, keep all parties up to date on compliance progress.
Coordinate general contractor, business, and misc. town licenses
Responsible for daily errands to Post Office, bank and others as needed, along with sorting & distribution of mail.
Responsible for sorting & scanning invoices, may include general AP assistance
Coordinate office team meetings and calendars
Responsible for ordering & distributing office supplies.
Responsible for general office organization & keeping common areas picked up during business hours.
Coordinate the vehicle list, vehicle registrations and access to extra vehicles.
May assist with coordinating company activities, quarterly meetings, community projects, etc.

Education:
High school degree preferred
Experience:
1-2 years' experience in general office administration
Work Environment/Physical Activities:
Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching. Requires hand-eye coordination
and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, copier, telephone, and other office equipment.
Requires vision and hearing to normal range.
Must understand vague and implicit instructions and react favorably in all work situations. Must be
mentally adaptable and flexible in dealing with a variety of people.
Must be knowledgeable in office procedures and able to answer questions in a professional and friendly
manner.
Job may require visitation and/or work at offices, client or job sites, so must be able to drive or to use
alternative transportation services to assure timely attendance for such work visits.

Must be able to make effective decisions in manager's absence.
