- This position will be assisting the Operations Manager with all clerical tasks.
- Daily responsibilities will include filing, scanning, invoicing, order entry, etc.
- This person will handle the majority of incoming calls and check-in incoming deliveries.
- Additional administrative duties as needed.
- This is a contract-to-hire position.
Skills & Experience Required
- Office support experience with a variety of computer programs helpful.
- MS Office knowledge, Word, Excel, Outlook, basic PowerPoint skills.
- Professional demeanor and customer service skills.
