Well established company in construction/and other industries in refrigeration services seeking the right Office Manager Administrator to oversee 40 plus employees. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively oversee and manage all deliverables for each department, work with accounting and helping with reconciliations. In addition make sure the services side is running smoothly as well as the operations of the whole company.
MUST HAVE overseen 40 plus employees and Large ERP experience
Responsibilities
AP/AR, reconciliations and operations projects on major ERP system
Operations makings sure you are creating efficiencies in timelines and workflows for the company
Overseeing dispatching, services, accounting, sales and customer services/proposals
Working with leadership on timelines and deliverables
Holding teams accountable for deliverables
Multi Task and ad hoc projects
Qualifications
Experience with major ERP such as SAP, Dynamics, Sage, etc
Must have experience overseeing 40 plus employees
5 plus year in an operations or office management role
Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus not a must
Ability to drive to South Miami are and West Kendall
