Qualifications

Required Skills And Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in security program management, project management, or related technical functions.
  • 1+ years of security experience in vulnerability management, incident management, security assessments.
  • Experience with security research and vulnerability remediation in a cloud environment.
  • Experience with the software development life cycle in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with SOC2 and GDPR or similar regulations is a plus.
  • Functioning as a security point of contact for all technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, articulating Annalect's security status and posture effectively is critical.
  • Rigorous planner and organizer. Can keep team members and stakeholders on task assisting in prioritization and progress throughout a project's lifecycle.
  • Maintain thorough documentation about a project across all working components, creating reports and workflows, to achieve the deliveries and provide transparency.

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

Annalect is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our technology team. The Technical Business Analyst is responsible for managing security programs, defining milestones and success criteria of security measures, monitoring cross-team mandates, and monitoring security compliance across the Annalect Technology Team. This individual will play a key role in defining and maintaining compliance in various areas such as network security, application security, data security, and vulnerability management. This role will also interact externally with clients and non-technical stakeholders to deliver information of our security states across code, software products, and infrastructure, as well as internally with various technical teams to achieve security compliance and certifications.

This individual must have a proven track record of thorough documentation and project management skills. This is a position that requires technical expertise and impeccable organization skills to ensure Annalect's security compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple security programs across Annalect Technology defining milestones and success criteria, maintaining thorough documentation throughout.
  • Work with technical teams to catch security vulnerabilities and manage security platforms to ensure security compliance.
  • Coordinate between multiple cross-functional teams to set clear expectations about responsibilities to internal and external customers from a security perspective.
  • Ensure implementation of security mandates and monitoring and remediation of security vulnerabilities across multiple teams.
  • Maintain compliance across the cloud with Annalect's Software Development Life Cycle security policies.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to articulate and explain Annalect's security policies and best practices.
  • Organize and document Annalect's SOC2 re-certification process.

Compensation Range: $60,000 to $80,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
