As a General Superintendent, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, with a particular focus on mechanical and HVAC installations. Your leadership and expertise will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership and direction for onsite construction activities
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success
Oversee the installation of mechanical and HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with specifications and codes
Monitor project progress and quality control measures
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
Manage manpower and equipment resources effectively
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred)
7+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on mechanical and HVAC systems
Strong knowledge of mechanical and HVAC construction methods, materials, and equipment
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
OSHA 30-Hour Certification (preferred)
