Nelson + Pope is seeking qualified Civil Engineers, Designer Engineers, Engineering Technicians, Project Engineers and Project Managers to work in the Land Development Department in our Melville, New York office.
The work includes site/civil design for residential, multi-family, commercial, industrial and retail projects.
Responsibilities/Top Skills/Qualifications:
permit and construction plans and specifications
site planning
and drainage
of local permitting agencies and regulations a benefit
in AutoCAD
of Civil3D
in Microsoft Office
verbal communication, written communication, and organizational skills
