Responsibilities
Build and maintain productive client relationships (bidding through completion)
Prepares cost estimates and proposals for asphalt paving construction jobs
Work with contractors, municipalities, inspectors and customers
May work long hours, nights or weekends as necessary
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or equivalent technical training and/or experience
5 years asphalt paving or construction industry estimating and project management experience
Some local travel
Pass pre-employment drug screening (Including Marijuana) and acceptable driving record
Full-time, in office position
Compensation
Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 (Depending on experience, location and qualifications)
