In-House CounselQUAD is seeking an
In-House Counsel forour international client's
Cherry Hill, NJ corporate headquarters.
Responsibilities:
- Determining ethical solutions related to legal issues
- Performing strategy related to favorable and cost-effective case resolution
- Developing arguments and representing organizational best interests
- Maintaining awareness of current legislation
- Preparing timely and accurate legal documents
- Providing fund raising activities assistance
- Providing ad hoc HR related assistance
Skills/ Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree
- JD degree from accredited school of law
- 5+ years' experience with corporate transactions and contracts
- Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey highly preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a global business environment
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and attention to detail

Salary: to $150k + bonus
