POSITION SUMMARY:
This full-time (35 hours per week) paid internship opportunity is within our Inventory Planning team. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers an exceptional chance to gain practical experience in the fashion retail industry, within a catalog and E-commerce business. Over the course of the 8-week program, interns will have the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in our business environment through engaging hands-on experiences, executive meetings, enlightening panel discussions, and various other enriching activities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the planning BI team with Mondays & daily reporting.
Support our planning system and tools, by learning the ins and outs of tools and being able to troubleshoot and resolve solutions that arise from our business partners.
Attend weekly Planning BI meetings to understand the overall process of bringing our business partners solutions to improve day-to-day functions.
Utilizing SQL/VBA/Tableau/Powerbi skills to assist in automating reports.
Assist the BI team in researching the integration of AI into reporting and automation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Expected graduation year: May 2024 or May 2025 Majoring in Business, Finance, or Mathematics.
Strong analytic skills, computer skills, and knowledge of Excel i.e. v-lookup, pivot tables
Demonstrated presentation, verbal, and written skills.
Ability to understand the basics of Retail Math
