Responsibilities:
Driving the company's financial planning
Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies
Direct and oversee the financial activities
Developing and implementing financial strategies
Performing risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments
Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances
Developing plans for growth to increase company profit while also reducing expenditure
Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations
Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
Set the company's strategy and direction
Implement and maintain financial controls through the use of ERP systems.
Develop analytical accounting rules and cost center structures for enhanced financial analysis.
Manage the costing database and support Marketing in bidding processes.
Analyze and provide insights on product costing.
Qualifications:
MBA/CPA
ERP implementation experience
In depth knowledge of corporate financial law
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
Knowledgeable in budgeting, accounting, and resource management
Strong integrity and accountability
Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
Strong negotiation skills
Strong leadership qualities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
