This position supports the Chief People Officer by providing support in aligning the company's strategy with its overall people objectives, ensuring that we have the right talent and operations in place to drive our growth and innovation agenda, while also fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and teammate engagement. This is a strategic role which requires a proven track record in communications, logistics, analytics, project management, and operations management. General Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, providing insights, recommendations, and guidance on a wide range of strategic, operational, and organizational matters, to drive business performance and competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate closely with Team Resources leadership team to provide critical support in executing strategic initiatives, managing projects, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
  • Share knowledge and expertise when complex problems or challenges arise and collaborate across functions to address large and often ambiguous organizational challenges.
  • Monitor and analyze key talent metrics and other KPIs and use this information to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Conduct rigorous analysis of talent trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Stay abreast of talent trends, market dynamics, and best practices in executive operations and administration, and incorporate relevant insights into strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with CPO to define and articulate the company's vision, mission, and values, and develop strategies and initiatives to align the organization's culture, communications, and practices with these principles.
  • Support initiatives to enhance teammate engagement, morale, and satisfaction, including leadership development programs, recognition initiatives, opportunities for career growth and advancement, wellness initiatives, and opportunities for feedback and communication.
  • Develop and execute effective communication strategies, ensuring a seamless flow of information within the organization and with external partners.
  • Craft and deliver impactful messages on behalf of Team Resources.
  • Develop meeting agendas, prepare presentations, and respond to emails on behalf of the CPO.
  • Participate in and/or lead high-stakes TR meetings, ensure proper follow-up and effectively manage relationships.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects with the goal of executing key strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and driving organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and integration to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives and alignment with business operations, communications, finance, and other functional areas.
  • Own strategic projects of high importance to the CPO, such as high-profile events, board meetings, and other priorities as they arrive.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to ensure efficient implementation of company-wide initiatives.
  • Initiate and lead the governance and delivery of a program or group of significant projects within a function, using an appropriate project management methodology to give assurance that intended outcomes are identified and achieved.
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans for projects to identify relevant stakeholders, to develop positive stakeholder relationships, and to ensure each stakeholder has an appropriate share of voice.
  • Serve as the ultimate utility player for leadership and be a true force multiplier.
  • Monitor and enhance operational people processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.
  • Work closely with TR leadership to drive operational excellence across the organization.
  • Serve as a custodian of confidential information, maintaining the highest level of discretion. Build and foster trust with teammates, partners, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Represent CPO and TR leadership in internal and external meetings, presentations, and communications as needed.
  • Prepare and coordinate materials, presentations, and briefing documents for executive meetings, board meetings, and other high-level engagements.'

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Certified Project Manager Professional (PMP), or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in an equivalent role within a large and dynamic organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Strong project management and logistical expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 10-15 years of professional experience, ideally in leadership, management consulting, startups and/or other fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
  • Ability to draw best practices from a variety of professional contexts (private, non-profit, government).
  • Experience with leadership and projects including change management initiatives.
  • Ability to understand and interpret the multiple complexities of the evolving youth apprenticeship movement.
