Location: 1 opening in Seminole, TX and one opening in Sundown, TX
Assignment Duration: 12 months+
Work Schedule: M-F 90 hour days

Responsibilities:
Task planning and workflow coordination for multiple Crafts
Attend daily plant meetings to ensure work is captured for planning and scheduling
Plan, prioritize and coordination of both corrective and preventative work utilizing input from Operations and Craft Leadership
Determine manpower, equipment and materials required for effective and efficient completion of planned work
Assignment of both in-house crafts and outside resources for effective and efficient completion of planned work
Scheduling of planned work based on PSM requirements and production risk
Coordination with Global Supply Chain / Warehousing around components and spares requirements for upcoming work
Attend daily Plant meetings to ensure work is captured for planning and scheduling
Monitoring of budgeted cost/timing progress for scheduled work
Generation and distribution of KPI reports (work order completion, equipment failures by type, work order planned vs actual cost, etc.) utilizing information from the CMMS (SAP)
Qualifications:
Experience in SAP
Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and SAP systems
Good at math and statistics
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; excellent communication abilities
Data analysis and technical reporting
Strong analytical skills and ability to apply analytical results
High school diploma or GED required
