What You'll Do:
- Reporting directly to the President, play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the company
- Develop and execute inventory strategies to ensure optimal stock levels
- Drive warehouse excellence with oversight of operations, shipping, receiving, and freight
- Champion process improvements across the supply chain
- Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing team
Qualifications, partial list:
- BS degree in business, supply chain, management or related discipline.
- Supervisory or management experience in a high SKU environment
- ERP proficiency
- Experience shipping products to big box retailers
- Experience moving, starting up, consolidating or integrating warehouses
