Essential Job Functions:
Conduct community tours for future residents.
This is a Floating position where agents will visit various properties as needed.
Generate leads and lease apartment homes.
Accurately complete all applicant, lease, and resident paperwork.
Maintain sensibility of market presence and community value.
Persistently seek to create team and resident experiences.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, staff, and guests.
Experience/Requirements:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
some overtime/ weekend hours may be needed
maintain a strict level of discretion and confidentiality
organizational and computer skills
polished, friendly and professional demeanor
proactive go-getter: no task is too big or too small
can do attitude
valid drivers license required
Interest in legal, real estate, IT, finance, accounting, or business admin
