A real estate firm is looking to hire a senior transactional real estate attorney. This is a position where with the support of your team you will be responsible for negotiating, preparing, revising, and executing leasing, closing documents, purchase and sales agreements, settlement agreements, and other activities in relation to the firm's portfolio.
The firm is seeking someone with at least 8+ years as a practicing attorney with a background in real estate transactions and be located in or around the Denver area or able to relocate there. You must be able to handle a variety of workload in relation to transactional real estate law, having a strong knowledge of purchase and sale agreements.
Responsibilities:
Preparing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, closing documents, leases, amendments, loan documents, settlement agreements, management agreements, fee agreements, development agreements, etc.
Negotiating, preparing, and revising restrictive covenants, subordination agreements, loan agreements.
Advising on legal ramifications and consequences in relation to choices made on properties and contract.
Work with internal treasury department and other internal groups, as well as oversee a limited number of litigations matters and work directly on condemnation related actions.
Manage title and survey review with the support of in-house paralegals.
Qualifications:
8 + years of transactional real estate experience.
