Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the claims department.
- Ensure accurate and timely assessment of auto claims.
- Lead a team of claims adjusters in evaluating automobile damage.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve claims processing efficiency.
- Provide training and support to claims adjusters.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an auto claims adjuster or a service manager in the automotive sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle damage assessment and the ability to accurately evaluate repair costs.
- Familiarity with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
