Role Overview:
The Sr. HR Support Representative will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of HR processes, focusing on offers, approvals, and logistics. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the management team and participate in organizational meetings to drive HR initiatives forward.
Job Responsibilities:
The role involves maintaining a requisition report and ensuring daily balance with Ops Ex and ROE as required. Weekly Req review with Staffing, update report.
Responsibilities include reviewing compensation evaluations, approving requisition and offer routings, and publishing monthly requisition reports to leaders.
Managing existing requisitions with GERA approval is necessary, as well as assisting in driving staffing momentum and addressing slow progress or dated requisitions.
Attending staff meetings deeper within the organization and aiding in creating collateral for HR initiatives are important tasks.
Assist in creating metrics and collateral to communicate updates such as quarterly org people roll-ups, PMD review closure, goal setting, and participation in programs like Better Up and Grow & Lead.
Responsibilities extend to managing manager learning attendance roll-ups, including and nudges participation, AB participation and spend summaries, and Visier output and reporting quarterly for NA and each account, which involves tracking attrition, SPOC, and EX Ratio, along with conducting pulse surveys by account and AEM region.
Designing calibration Excel workbooks and providing support for focal deeper into the organization.
Collaborating to develop ad hoc programs such as learning sessions to roll up HR programs, supporting NA Region ELP Early Leadership logistics, and assisting with org audit, reporting, logistics, and collateral.
