Job Description:

Required Skills & Experience 5 or more years as a ServiceNow Developer, with a record of successful project implementations.
- Expertise in ServiceNow development, including UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and workflows.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and scripting in ServiceNow.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Customer service focused.
- Ability to provide detailed notes on issues that arise.
- Ability to create and maintain process documentation.
- Ability to manage time, plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.
- Desired Skills & Experience

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or similar certification is a plus.
