DSI Systems Inc., an Authorized AT&T Distributor Partner, has an immediate career opportunity for a motivated individual to fill one of our roles as a Call Center Agent for AT&T Small Business Orders Support.
As a Call Center Agent supporting AT&T Small Business Orders, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our small business customers and sales partners. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, addressing customer concerns, and assisting with AT&T product and service orders.
This is an in-office position that will report to our Urbandale, IA office with minimal required travel.*

Responsibilities
Customer and Sales Partner Assistance: Answer inbound calls from small business customers or partners and provide outstanding assistance with their AT&T product and service orders
Order Processing: Efficiently process AT&T orders for various services, including phone lines, internet connections, and additional business solutions.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer concerns, billing inquiries, technical issues, and order discrepancies with professionalism and accuracy
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T's small business product offerings and pricing to guide customers effectively.
Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, orders, and issues in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
Compliance: Ensure compliance with AT&T policies and procedures while assisting customers and processing orders
Customer Assistance: Answer inbound calls from small business customers or sales partners and provide outstanding assistance with their AT&T product and service orders. Customer Education: Educate customers on AT&T's small business services, features, and benefits to help them make informed decisions
Requirements
Previous experience in a call center environment, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong knowledge of AT&T Business Mobility services and products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Proficiency in using call center software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
