Operating Engineer at L B & B ASSOCIATES INC in North Liberty, Iowa

Job Description:

LB&B Associates Inc., a diversified services company, is seeking Operating Engineers to support the newly constructed central plant in North Liberty, IA.
Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience and ability to operate and maintain boilers, chillers, and troubleshoot related HVAC and power plant equipment during operations as well as all support equipment. Must be competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air handlers, VAV components, and various HVAC equipment and building systems.
Qualified candidates must possess and maintain the following:

A minimum of 5 years of central plant operation / maintenance experience
EPA Universal Refrigeration certification a plus

Education: High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent required.
