Job Description:

M Culinary Concepts, 2023 TOP COMPANIES TO WORK FOR and GREAT PLACES TO WORK winner, is searching for an elite Cafe Grill Cook who is ready for a challenge working with the premier off-premise caterer in the southwest.

Day in the life of a Café Grill Cook:
Your day will consist of preparing and serving food, planning food production to coordinate with breakfast and lunch, following standard recipes and special diet orders. Since you'll be in a kitchen, your day will also consist of operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all sanitation and food production codes. As your day wraps up, you'll have to make sure the kitchen and appliances are left clean and sanitized.

Valid food handlers card or certificate
Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts or other related fields
Strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well in a team

Work Schedule:
Your typical schedule would be Monday-Friday 6am-2pm, no holidays or weekends.
