Job Description:

The Program Manager leads complex, multi-disciplinary integration projects. This position plans requirements with internal customers and oversees integration projects through the entire project lifecycle (including requirements gathering, planning, design/build/development, implementation, and hyper-care support). This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and the Program Manager ensures all stakeholders are coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.
This position must demonstrate the ability to provide matrix leadership across functional teams, lead complex projects to successful completion, evaluate data and understand complex technical topics. Success requires a combination of strong technical competency and the ability to lead and influence across functional groups. GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Initiate and Plan integration projects utilizing PMI methodology and project management softwarePlan and Build programs consisting of several complex projectsLiaise between the technology and business teams to execute the planned functional and technical deliverablesPartner with the cross-functional ACRTS and business teams and related stakeholders to gather requirements, plan, manage and complete projectsDevelop and mentor business and ACRTS personnel on PMI and project management principalsOther duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
PMP certification Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience3-5 years of experience working in Manufacturing or Distribution environments5-10 years of information technology management5-10 years of Project ManagementStrong skills required around collaboration, delivery, building proposals and consensusBusiness Relationship Management skills ability to analyze audience and adjust style to effectively work with different leadership stylesStrong verbal and written presentation skills, organized leadership, strong risk management skillsCustomer focused with a high degree of urgency, dedication, and drive to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations
