This role is responsible for but not limited to routine preventative maintenance in controlling electrical machinery throughout the plant. Must be familiar with all aspects needed for the installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems.
REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Experience with the following:
Allen Bradley Controls, PLC Controls: ControLogix, CompactLogix, PLC-5 and SLC, Motion and HMI Controls.
Software Experience: Troubleshoot and Programming with PLC Rockwell Software RS-5000, RS500, RS5, Sensors, Instruments
HMI Software: Rockwell AB Factory Talk View and Wonderware Software.
Plans, executes and evaluates all electrical jobs (i.e. installing machinery, light fixtures, and pumps without supervision), including electrical safety.
Must have good communication skills and able to follow written an oral instruction.
Utilizes electrical testing equipment to determine problems and performs troubleshooting of circuits where electrical problems exist.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:
5 years' experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting preferred
2 years plus a trade school certificate considered
Ability to read electrical schematics
Ability to determine the appropriate wire usage by using the New York City electrical code
Able to work with Power tools, small-motorized equipment, vehicles, etc.
Able to work alone
Required experience: 5 + Years
General Maintenance Tools (Brooms, Mops, Hand and Power Tools, etc.)
