• 20 Bed Medical 20% Surgical


• Diverse Patient population


• Teaching Hospital


• No Neurosurgery/No Cardiac surgery


• 1-2 patient ratio


• Always a perm charge RN on shift


• 2 ICU Attendings


• Pharmacist


• Critical Care Clinical Leader to assist with education needs


• 12 hr shifts


• Detailed Orientation length of time is subject to skill level and experience, individual support


• Diverse Medical ICU

Qualifications

• Prefer 2+ years of Acute Care Med/Surg, preferably on a telemetry floor.


• ACLS preferred.


• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.


• BLS required.


• Position requires a Valid/Current license to practice as a RN in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.


• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
