Kforce has a client in Warren, MI that is seeking a Web UI/UX Business Analyst.
Summary:
As part of the Dealer Portal Business Operations team, the Web UI/UX Business Analyst will be responsible for the creation and publication of content (images, videos, PDF, PowerPoint, etc.) to custom websites built on SharePoint. The Analyst will work alongside a SharePoint Developer on the business team, with both U.S. and global business units to create and update websites to the dealer portal in support of brands as well as departments (Sales, Service, Parts, Order, etc.). Enthusiasm, attention to detail, and responsiveness are keys to success in this role. The working environment is highly collaborative and requires attention to detail, a high level of independent judgment, and the ability to develop solutions with limited direction.
Responsibilities
Provide guidance on web design and content strategies and best practices
Gather requirements for new content from business content owners
Create and manage content on behalf of business content owners and communicate standards to owners creating their own content
Create, update, and maintain web pages, including routine edits, text updates, and adding PDFs, links, photographs, and creative images
Test web pages for functionality in different browsers and at different resolutions, and give solutions for problems that may arise.
Produce design concepts & prototypes, including user interface and usability elements
Ensure that content layout is accessible and logical, and recommend improvements
Implement interactive features, dynamic pages, and social media applications; Integrate new media into user interfaces while focusing on usability
Assess new media, standards, technologies, and trends
Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all content areas
Edit and proofread all web content
REQUIREMENTS:
In-depth knowledge of Office 365 fundamentals such as sites (classic, modern), apps, audiences, libraries, lists, views, forms, workflows, metadata and webparts
Experience with Office 365 tenant administration includes Teams, SharePoint etc.
Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
Experience with web page creation, organization, and maintenance
Current web design best practices, trends, and techniques; User centered design
Proficient in designing and developing using SharePoint Online
Able to create web parts, lists/libraries, content types, master pages and permissions (knowledge of taxonomy and SharePoint best practices is required)
Experience developing workflow and forms using SharePoint Designer and Power Automate
Familiar with SharePoint Taxonomy, Metadata, Content Management, Collaboration, Reports, Search, Master Pages, Active Directory
Design and manage content, customization, webparts, forms, custom workflows for SharePoint Online
Well versed with out of the box SharePoint Online features and custom web parts
Experienced with site metrics (e.g. Adobe Analytics)
Copywriting experience
Ad design experience
Experience using SharePoint Add-ons, templates, reports
Design and develop SharePoint solutions, including custom built WebParts
Ability to explain technology and SharePoint features to business owners in layman's terms
Possess strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments using highly efficient time management skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
