Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a CVI Technology Solutions Manager.

Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives aimed at increasing customer retention, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ultimately optimizing the value that customers derive from our products or services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of customer behavior, data analytics, and business strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer lifetime value, including segmentation, personalized messaging, and targeted offers


• Analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and retention


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product, and customer support to align efforts and drive customer value initiatives


• Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and measure the impact of customer value optimization strategies


• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer retention, upsell/cross-sell revenue, and customer satisfaction, and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders


• Identify and address barriers to customer value optimization, such as product usability issues, pricing concerns, or customer support challenges


• Work closely with the data analytics team to develop predictive models and algorithms to forecast customer behavior and lifetime value


• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to customer value optimization

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred


• Proven experience in customer value optimization, customer retention, or related roles


• Experience with data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights


• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously


• Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to business challenges


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams


• Results-oriented with a track record of driving measurable improvements in customer value metrics

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
