RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a System Analyst (SQL) in Boston, MA.

Duties Include:

• System Analyst will contribute to the platform with a sense of ownership and team-oriented work style


• Enable your squad to deliver high quality features by capturing work clearly and removing impediments


• Bringing curiosity and a questioning mind-set to work, asking about the -why- and the -value- of new features/enhancements we build


• Identify the key challenges and contribute to business process improvements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology related field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) required with 6+ years of experience


• Around 5+ years of experience as systems analyst or related role


• Experience in Agile delivery environments and scrum ceremonies


• Strong SQL


• Proven data analysis and presentation skills


• Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and work in fast paced environment


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with business and technical team members across the organization


• Willingness to dive in and understand code for analysis and support purposes


• Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple teams in the organization


• Passion and intellectually curiosity to learn new technologies and business areas


• Experience in healthcare will be an added bonus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
