Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Senior Peoplesoft Application Architect to join the Enterprise Application Services Team.
Responsibilities:
Configure, Design, Develop enhancements to Peoplesoft HCM application
Stay abreast with the new releases of Images, tax updates and patches
Independently work on tasks end to end, take ownership from Design to Production migration including communication to various teams
Senior Peoplesoft Application Architect will handle all customer requests promptly within the organization's SLA
Support On-call duties (in rotation) for night support for 24/7 applications
Ensure that products conform to Section 508 Accessibility requirements
Provide technical support to Business analysts in production support or new functionality fit-gap sessions
As a Senior Peoplesoft Application Architect, you will collaborate with internal/external teams to ensure development, configuration and implementation is consistent with user specifications and perform follow-up as required
Advise Management on administrative and operating problems pertaining to system administration and management
REQUIREMENTS:
6+ years of experience as a developer working on complex systems
Extensive experience querying databases and optimizing queries; Proficient in enterprise development and data warehousing life cycles
Experience collaborating on cross-functional teams
Strong background in application development; Complex hybrid architecture both physical and on cloud platforms
Working knowledge of front-end development languages including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
Knowledge of collaboration, content management, data analysis and/or testing tools (Mobius, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, Rational and/or similar platforms)
Knowledge in Informatica IICS development, User/System connectivity including knowledge of network/firewall rules, Cognos Reporting, Linux shell scripting, and testing methodologies
Knowledge in IICS, AWS Redshift Querying, Data Warehouse GUI tools, Linux shell scripting, IICS ETL development and configuration, and Structured Query Language (SQL)
Current knowledge of industry best practices
Familiar with ITIL framework and service delivery
Proficient in Peoplesoft HCM Module
Proficient in Oracle/Peoplesoft development tools: Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, SQR, Shell Scripting, Data Mover; And Oracle database management: Query tuning, development, PL/SQL; Application Change Assistant and Image development life cycle
Exceptional communication skills

Skills to effectively troubleshoot, prioritize, and resolve issues to ensure applications remain operational
Ability to self-manage deadlines and proactively engage with team members and activities
Ability to establish and maintain working relationships and contribute within a collaborative team
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
