RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client is one of NYC's iconic real estate owner/developer/managers. Due to their amazing growth, they are seeking a Senior Accountant to join their outstanding Accounting/Finance team.

Summary:
In this role, the Senior Accountant will report to the Controller and be responsible for a wide variety of accounting, analytical and reporting functions for numerous corporate and property functions. REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Accounting, (CPA preferred)


• 3-6 years of high caliber public and/or corporate accounting experience preferably with real estate industry exposure


• Must be a quick thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong Excel experience is essential

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
