Job Summary:

Responsible for EDG Leadership Team with the development of new Utility Client. Will be responsible for leveraging existing relationships to setup sales meetings with target Utility leadership. Will also support recruiting effort to find prospective employees with experience working with target Utility. Will also be responsible for interfacing with target utility Supply Chain to understand bid event cycle to ensure participation on bid events. Must have superior interpersonal, leadership, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Leverage relationships with target Utility

· Recruit prospective employees with experience at target Utility

· Setup meetings with EDG Team and target Utility Managers

· Engage target Utility Supply Chain to ensure EDG participation in bid events



Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

· Requires thirty (30) years of Electric Utility Transmission & Distribution experience;

· PMP certification is preferred;

· MBA is required;

· Must have a strong management background;

· Must have a proven ability to lead;

· Must have superior interpersonal, leadership, communication, organizational, and presentation skills;

· Requires a proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written;
