Job Description:

Description:

• Set-up and operate various centerless grinders in order to make daily production and quality requirements.


• Must be able to interpret blueprints and set-up machines as required to produce specialty bearings.


• Must be able to perform inspections of dimensions, including threads, inner diameters, outer diameters, lengths, widths, and undercuts/grooves.

Experience:

• Must have at least 2 years of centerless grind experience.

Education:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).


• Must be able to give and receive written and oral instructions in English.


• Must be able to read and interpret engineering prints.

Skills/Certifications:

• Formal grinding training is desired but not required.

Physical and Environmental Elements:

• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. unaided.


• Must wear protective toe with metatarsal guard footwear and safety glasses while working in the facility.

This role is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), which requires the incumbent to be either a US citizen, lawful permanent resident [“green card” holders] or have refugee or asylee status.

The pay range represents the low and high end of the salary range we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, education, skills, qualifications, performance, and business or organizational needs.




Pay Range: $23 to $32/hour
