POSITION SUMMARY

As an Accountant/Analyst, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational accounting support, reporting, and financial control management, while driving process improvement through data analysis and supporting innovation initiatives. This full-time position is based in Onalaska, WI, working Monday through Friday.

Additional responsibilities:

• Balance general ledger accounts and activity.
• Prepare and reconcile inventory quantities and costs.
• Analyze account data for exceptions and resolve variances.
• Coordinate with operations on internal product trends and expectations.
• Prepare reports for internal and external use.
• Assist accounting team in process enhancements and automation.
• Maintain electronic files and documentation thoroughly and accurately.
• Other projects or duties as assigned

• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance
• 2-5 years experience preferred
• Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Must be detail oriented and have strong work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
