Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Title and Foreclosure Processor. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient processing of titles and foreclosure documents during real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of title processing and foreclosure procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities:




Title Examination: Conduct thorough reviews of property titles to identify any liens, encumbrances, or other issues that may impact the foreclosure process.



Foreclosure Document Preparation: Prepare and review legal documents required for foreclosure proceedings, including notices of default, lis pendens, and foreclosure sale documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.



Communication with Stakeholders: Collaborate with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and documentation for title and foreclosure processing.



Title Clearance: Work closely with underwriters and legal professionals to resolve title defects, discrepancies, or other issues that arise during the title examination process.



Foreclosure Timeline Management: Monitor foreclosure timelines and deadlines to ensure timely completion of required tasks and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.



Foreclosure Sale Coordination: Coordinate foreclosure sale proceedings, including scheduling auction dates, preparing sale documents, and communicating with auctioneers and interested parties.



Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on completed title and foreclosure files to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.



Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., real estate, business administration, legal studies) preferred.


• Previous experience in title processing, foreclosure processing, or related fields is highly desirable.


• Strong understanding of real estate laws, foreclosure procedures, title insurance principles, and legal concepts.
