- Be a working member of the Verco leadership team to continuously improve our safety, productivity, and profitability.
- Work with the post sales team to improve the customer's experience with Verco.
- Assist in training and developing post sales teammates.
- Work with all departments to optimize project flow from booking through shipping.
- Maintain the highest standards of service through professional, informative, and responsive communications (written and verbal) with our internal and external customers.
- Best mark with other divisions to develop best practices for the Verco post sales team.
- Be an active participant in the development and improvement of tools that assist the post sales team.
- Project Manage jobs as needed.
- Be willing and able to work more than 40 hours per week.
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
- One or more years steel or construction industry experience
- Experience working with customers
- Proficient with Microsoft office applications
- Be willing to and have means to travel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management or other post sales/sales experience
- Previous leadership experience
