Be a working member of the Verco leadership team to continuously improve our safety, productivity, and profitability.
Work with the post sales team to improve the customer's experience with Verco.
Assist in training and developing post sales teammates.
Work with all departments to optimize project flow from booking through shipping.
Maintain the highest standards of service through professional, informative, and responsive communications (written and verbal) with our internal and external customers.
Best mark with other divisions to develop best practices for the Verco post sales team.
Be an active participant in the development and improvement of tools that assist the post sales team.
Project Manage jobs as needed.
Be willing and able to work more than 40 hours per week.

Minimum Qualifications:
One or more years steel or construction industry experience
Experience working with customers
Proficient with Microsoft office applications
Be willing to and have means to travel
Preferred Qualifications:
Project management or other post sales/sales experience
Previous leadership experience
