In this role, you'll collaborate with our leadership team to design, build and implement innovative programs to improve the employee experience. You'll also use data-driven strategies to measure and assess the impact of talent strategies and collaborate with the People Team to create innovative interventions to support cross-functional operational excellence.
Primary Responsibilities
Support the extended People and Operations teams in the development and implementation of programs to enhance the employee experience and drive engagement across a number of employee initiatives
Conduct research and benchmarking analysis, including monitoring and reporting on Employee Experience topics, to identify best practices and make recommendations for solutions that support engagement.
Coordinate and execute employee engagement events in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Write and edit various communications material, including emails, newsletters and PowerPoint presentations
Provide project management support by developing clear workplans and timelines, providing direction and guidance to staff and communicating status to leadership
Participate in special projects and initiatives, as needed
Experience
3-5 years experience in talent strategy & execution, communications and project management
Excellent project management skills - ability to drive projects from design through implementation while keeping stakeholders engaged and informed
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to independently prioritize workload
Demonstrate initiative and manage multiple, competing priorities with attention to detail
Passionate about learning and ability to adapt to shifting priorities
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels of an organization and coordinate across teams
Seeks out opportunities to understand others' experiences, perspectives and differences
Qualifications
A bachelors degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university
Experience in large, matrixed and global organizations preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with expertise in PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint, as well as the ability to adapt to new software programs
Willingness to travel as needed
The salary range is $75,000 - $90,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
