About this role:

As a Lead Content Designer, you will be responsible for the creation, development, and execution of content across digital platforms. You are a gifted writer and a thoughtful strategist, capable of taking complex and complicated concepts and distilling them into relatable and empowering digital experiences. You will work within the experience design team to deliver high-quality and visually appealing content that aligns with the company's brand and messaging. This role demands a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive the development of innovative and engaging content.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead complex initiatives for internet and application content design
  • Identify the modeling and all risk management including compliance with all federal and state laws for accessibility for all users
  • Review and analyze complex business and operational objectives that require in-depth evaluation
  • Complete work in accordance with all risk management, compliance and business process expectations
  • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring strong understanding of Content Design policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements that influence and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Job Duties:
  • Write compelling copy for a complicated and highly personal space - financial institution experience is not required
  • Leverage research data to build solutions that balance the needs of our users with our business goals
  • An excellent presenter, who can sell ideas, create coalition, and build support
  • An arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and style
  • Offer content design perspective throughout the product development process, influencing strategic decisions to improve the overall experience and ensure consistency.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Graphic or Website Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Pay Range
$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
