About this role:
As a Lead Content Designer, you will be responsible for the creation, development, and execution of content across digital platforms. You are a gifted writer and a thoughtful strategist, capable of taking complex and complicated concepts and distilling them into relatable and empowering digital experiences. You will work within the experience design team to deliver high-quality and visually appealing content that aligns with the company's brand and messaging. This role demands a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive the development of innovative and engaging content.
In this role, you will:
Lead complex initiatives for internet and application content design
Identify the modeling and all risk management including compliance with all federal and state laws for accessibility for all users
Review and analyze complex business and operational objectives that require in-depth evaluation
Complete work in accordance with all risk management, compliance and business process expectations
Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring strong understanding of Content Design policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements that influence and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Job Duties:
Write compelling copy for a complicated and highly personal space - financial institution experience is not required
Leverage research data to build solutions that balance the needs of our users with our business goals
An excellent presenter, who can sell ideas, create coalition, and build support
An arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and style
Offer content design perspective throughout the product development process, influencing strategic decisions to improve the overall experience and ensure consistency.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Graphic or Website Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Pay Range $96,600.00 - $206,100.00 Benefits
