Starting Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 annually

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources required with at least 5 years’ experience preferred. Professional certification preferred.
Responsible for:
- Organizational compliance in all employment and business practices
- Oversight of HRIS, payroll, and employee benefits
- Supervision of employees within the department
- Participate as a member of Management Team, guiding the program, philosophy, policies, and procedures for all areas of services provided by the organization
- Active participation in strategic planning and risk management
- Oversee relationship with IT Management Contractor providing all IT services across the organization
- Act as Safety Coordinator for the safety program
- Maintain standards for CARF Accreditation in Human Resources, Safety, and IT
- Understanding of Medicaid rules and regulations as they apply to areas of oversight
- Handling of worker’s compensation and unemployment claims
- Participation and leadership on various committees for the organization
