Job Description:

The Director, Security Metrics Program Manager will be a key leader in our transformation of Group 1001's security organization, building quantitative, specific, and actionable insights into security trends that allow the Chief Information Security Officer to manage the organization and report to executives, auditors, and others. We expect this program manager to possess a strong analytical skill set, complemented by experience with business intelligence tools and dashboarding, as well as enough technical acumen to partner with the engineering team on collecting and aggregating measures from security tools or processes. In the medium term, we are looking for a flexible player who can imagine and implement a security metrics program that expands beyond existing measures from defensive tools to incorporate attack simulation and design measures of the firm's posture against offensive tactics, tools, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the security metrics product strategy and roadmap. Ensure metrics support action; information we report to the board should stem from and guide the CISO's strategy for the organization, and be integral to management of the team.

• Create quantitative dashboards and reports that provide insight into the state of cybersecurity at the firm, as well as metrics to identify and react to risk or compromise.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across information technology and the business to design and implement metrics products.

• Review and assess industry trends, offerings, and third party tools to efficiently deliver an excellent metrics product.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven track record of 8+ years in metrics, technical business intelligence roles, or related program management.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product improvements.

• Experience in agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

• Security experience, including understanding of security frameworks and controls, and understanding of offensive security simulation, is preferred.

Compensation:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $150,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $250,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Benefits Highlights:

Employees who meet benefit eligibility guidelines and work 30 hours or more weekly, have the ability to enroll in Group 1001's benefits package. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the Company's comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plan options. Employees are also eligible for Basic and Supplemental Life Insurance, Short and Long-Term Disability, and to enroll in the Company's Employee Assistance Program and other wellness initiatives. Employees may also participate in the Company's 401K plan, with matching contributions by the Company.
