We're currently looking for a Director, Supply Chain Management -
eCommerce Fulfillment Network Operations & Strategy to grow our team!



You'll make an impact by...




  • Aligning team responsibilities and ambitions with supply chain strategy to maximize impact and remove redundancy


  • Driving cross-network initiatives, ensuring standards compliance and process harmonization


  • Playing a key role in transforming culture & mindset to achieve operational excellence


  • Partnering with and supporting Fulfillment Center GMs (and teams) in fact-based decision making


  • Holding teams accountable and elevating the Fulfillment Center network overall performance





You'll sweep us off our feet if...




  • You ideally bring 7-10 years of experience in leading or supporting eCommerce fulfillment/ distribution operations and/or associated systems and technologies


  • You are well-versed in reporting and analytics, project management and distribution/ fulfillment trends


  • You are a dynamic leader, with experience leading change management that creates a lasting impact


  • You inspire teams to new levels of achievement while nurturing cultural shifts


  • You are a thought leader who can influence peers to achieve operational excellence

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 5 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 7 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
3 years' experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
2 years' supervisory experience.
