Hwy 77 Waxahachie, TX.Job Type:Full-time.Hours:Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM.Experience Required:
Pediatric dental experience preferred.3-5 years of management experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the pediatric dental practice.Manage administrative staff and ensure efficient workflow.Coordinate scheduling of appointments and procedures.Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.Handle patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient care delivery.Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating team members.Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and practice management software.Knowledge of pediatric dental and orthodontic procedures and terminology.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
