Responsibilities: As the Lead HR Product Analyst (Workday), you'll be responsible for delivering compelling and integrated HR technology solutions. Your work will align with HR Product and Portfolio Management standards and best practices. Here's what you'll do:

Evolve the HR Portfolio and Roadmap:

• Collaborate with Product leadership, HRIS, and HR business owners to shape the HR technology roadmap.


• Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in HR processes and systems.

Business Requirements Evaluation:

• Work closely with business partners to assess their requirements.


• Plan and execute projects efficiently, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Consultancy and Process Enhancement:

• Serve as the highest-level internal consultant within technology and business groups.


• Re-engineer HR technical and business processes for greater efficiency and impact.

User Acceptance Testing:

• Lead the planning, support, and execution of user acceptance cycles.


• Identify and document relevant test scenarios and test cases.

Qualifications: We're looking for a hands-on, proven contributor with the following qualifications:

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Knowledge of project tasks related to delivering solutions using in-house and SAAS-based applications (such as ServiceNow and Workday).


• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


• Strong interpersonal skills.
