About Us: We're seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams and drive the successful delivery of high-impact IT initiatives within our state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.



Responsibilities:

• 
  Leadership and Prioritization:
  
• Provide strategic leadership to cross-functional teams and programs composed of multiple projects and work streams.
• Determine optimal prioritization of IT initiatives based on business value.
• Collaborate with senior GMS/GQ IT management and business stakeholders to influence decision-making on critical projects.
• 
  Matrix Team Management:
  
• Manage a matrix team of internal staff and contractors on a project-by-project basis.
• Coordinate and oversee project team members, ensuring individual responsibilities are clearly defined and aligned with project commitments.
• 
  Strategic Planning and Vision:
  
• Partner with IT and business area leaders across functions to identify and plan major programs and projects.
• Translate vision into short- and long-term projects and programs.
• Initialize and plan programs spanning multiple locations, addressing varying complexities.
• 
  Resource Allocation and Governance:
  
• Assure appropriate prioritization and alignment with the organization's strategy and direction.
• Allocate necessary resources for program development.
• Ensure program/project governance aligns with technology strategy/roadmaps and enterprise plans.
• 
  Budget and Performance Management:
  
• Drive processes for assigning budget and resources to programs/projects (e.g., MRP/MYC submissions).
• Track program/project performance against plan.
• Update priorities and budget/resource assignments based on performance or changes in conditions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT program management.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and IT requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach and direct team members effectively.
