Location: Warren, MI

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Home Health RN to support the Warren, MI area for a 8-week W2 contract assignment.

  Location: Warren, MI (mileage is reimbursed)


• 
  Hours: 8 hours per day (Mon - Fri)


• 
  Type of engagement: ongoing contract (8-week assignment)

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Support patient recovery and ability to stay at home - enabling them to spend quality time with their loved ones and doing the activities they enjoy


• Empower patients and families to reach healthcare goals by educating them on disease management
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• RN License in MI


• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, home health experience preferred


• Current driver's license


• Current CPR and BCLS certification
  
  


• MUST have Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) and HBHC experience
