Responsible for taking all incoming calls, drop and set orders, assist operations team with deliveries, assist bookkeeper as needed with responsibilities, sales team in event detailing and planning, and assist with administrative duties. • High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid Driver's license with the ability to travel independently
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills in order to complete the tasks assigned
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work any shift: hours can be extended or irregular to include some nights, weekends and holidays
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word

• Any experience as an administrative assistant
• Any restaurant and hospitality industry experience
• Any customer service experience
• Any off-premise catering experience, either in sales or as a server

• Answer all incoming calls
• Maintain catering data/order entry
• Assist the Sales team and Operations team in a support role
• Travel on occasion to deliver catering orders to events around the Tri-State
• Participate in light office cleaning
• Maintain orders and timing for delivery/set up orders
• Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
