Job Description:

The Women's Outreach Outpatient Program helps women learn how to manage life issues and day-to- day living without the use of mood- or mind-altering substances or drugs. Program services promote recovery, self-sufficiency, development of support networks and other important life skills to enhance mental health and reduce the risk of needing inpatient treatment.Job Duties:

• Completes assessments with individuals including but not limited to Behavior Health assessments, reassessments, bio-psycho-social assessments, drug and alcohol evaluations, and vocational skills assessments.


• Provides clinical consultation to referral sources, community stakeholders, and members of individuals' support system to help support individuals in their recovery process.


• Works with the legal system to ensure coordination of services including court appearances when appropriate.


• Develops and reviews individualized service plans with individuals.


• Provides individual, group, and family training and counseling.


• Attends and participates in case staffing's and treatment team meetings.


• Intervenes and manages acute crisis situations as needed.
