Primary Function of Position:

This role will be responsible for driving the long range manufacturing and gross margin forecast and providing strategic decision support for the Global Operations leadership team. This role will also be the Global Operations Finance lead on key projects and support ad hoc analytics.

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Drive planning, model development and analytics of the long range forecast for Global Operations coordinating with local Finance teams and business leaders

  • Track and consolidate efforts to improve operational efficiencies across all Global Operations

  • Create economic ROI and comparison models to support key business decisions for Global Operations senior leadership

  • Partner with the Strategic Sourcing and Space Planning teams on global plant planning (space planning, new plant decisions, global plant capacity)

  • Establish and track actual/forecast product costs of new products and manufacturing transfers

  • Serve as Global Ops Finance representative and Subject Matter Expert on IT systems and organizational process improvement projects

  • Support quarterly expense forecast and annual budget planning

  • Support month-end accounting close as needed

  • Ad-hoc analyses and reporting

Qualifications
Skill/Job Requirements:

  • A minimum 4-8 years of Corporate or Investment Finance professional experience

  • Minimum Degree in Economics, Finance, or related discipline

  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills

  • Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and comfortable with ambiguous challenges

  • Exceptional communication and business partnering skills

  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and teams, and communicate insight back to senior leaders

  • Fast, high quality execution of quantitative work with attention to detail

  • Proven track record of good teamwork

  • Experience with analytical tools and database systems such as SAP, Tableau, and SQL, are a plus

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target salary ranges are listed.

Base Salary Range Region 1: $125,200 USD - $180,200 USD
Base Salary Range Region 2: $106,400 USD - $153,200 USD

Workplace Type: Set Schedule - This job will be onsite weekly, the percentage of onsite work will be defined by the leader.
